Questions, answered.
Do guests need to install an app or sign up?
No. The gallery opens in any phone browser from a link or QR code. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
How does selfie search work? Is it safe?
The guest's phone reads their selfie and turns the face into a numeric signature. Only that signature is sent to match photos, and it isn't stored. The selfie itself never leaves the phone.
Can I stop downloads until the client pays?
Yes. Turn on watermark mode for an event: guests see watermarked previews and can't download. Switch it off when you're paid, and full-resolution downloads open for everyone straight away.
Are photos compressed?
Previews are optimised for fast viewing on phones, but downloads are your original, untouched files at full resolution.
Can I share videos?
Yes. Upload MP4, WebM or MOV files up to 2 GB each. They stream in the same gallery as the photos.
Can guests see photos of other people?
In a public gallery, guests can browse all photos. Turn on private mode and each guest sees only the photos their selfie matches.
