Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and NVX Technologies ("NVX", "we") for using NVX Studio. By creating an account or using a gallery, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to open an account.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
- Give us accurate details, including GST details if you want a GST invoice.
2. Plans, free trial and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay. Listed prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added, and the total is shown before you pay.
- The free trial needs an autopay mandate. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken automatically and the plan renews each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Payments for periods already started aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we fail to provide the service.
- AI edit credits, event packs and other one-time purchases are not refundable or transferable.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may pause uploads until it's paid. Your galleries stay online.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
3. Selling photos to guests
- Studios set their own prices. Guests pay through Razorpay, and the studio's earnings, less NVX's platform fee of 10%, are paid out to the studio's account.
- The studio is the seller of its photos and is responsible for its prices, for any tax on its sales, and for answering its buyers.
4. Your photos and content
- You keep all rights to your photos, videos and other content.
- You let NVX store, copy and process your content (for example to make previews, watermarks and face signatures) and show it to the people you share it with, only to run NVX Studio for you.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and that you have the consent the law requires from the people in your photos, including for selfie search.
- Act promptly on removal requests from guests. We may remove content when the law requires it.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use NVX Studio to upload illegal content or content that sexualises minors; to harass, defame or invade anyone's privacy; to infringe others' rights; to send spam; to break or overload the service, get around its limits, or copy it by scraping or reverse engineering; or to resell it without our written agreement.
6. Limits and availability
- Each plan has storage, event, team and other limits shown on the pricing page. When you reach a limit, new uploads stop until you upgrade or free up space.
- We work to keep NVX Studio available and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Always keep your original files.
- If your plan ends, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email before deleting any of your content because of it.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using NVX Studio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, after a warning unless the problem is serious or urgent.
8. Liability
NVX Studio is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts where NVX Technologies has its registered office. Please contact us first; most problems are quicker to solve by talking.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll tell studios in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions: us through our contact page.
